What is the first step to becoming a real estate agent?

Entry into the real estate profession takes preparation. Licensing is required and you will need to pass your Real Estate Commission's State Exam. Better Homes is here to help you prepare. Before your exam you will need to sign up for our Pre-License Course. Following your Pre-License instruction you can take the State Exam. Afterwards you will be eligible to sign up for the Post-License Course for New Affiliates.
